How do I set up the Service VIN mobile app?
Install the companion app and sign in with the same credentials the dashboard uses. There is no separate account to create. The tabs a person sees follow their role, so an installer lands on My Work and an owner lands on the shop. Photos taken in the app file themselves against the job.

The mobile app is a native companion for owners and techs: today's agenda, the production board, job details with photo capture, the inbox, and customers. Everyone signs in with the same email and password as the dashboard and sees the same shop, under the same permissions.
Good to know
Money flows on purpose stay on the web: quotes, invoices and payments open the dashboard in the phone's browser rather than re-implementing them in-app.
Troubleshooting
A tech sees no Inbox tab in the app.
Why: Inbox on mobile is owner-granted per shop.
Fix: Settings → Mobile app → enable the Inbox tab for techs.
