Pricing

Shop management software pricing, flat for the whole shop

I run a PPF shop, so I priced this the way I'd want to be billed: flat, and by the shop instead of the seat.

Free for 14 days, no credit card required

The short answer

How much does shop management software cost?

Shop management software pricing here is flat and per shop rather than per seat: Essentials $79, Growth $199, Operations $299, Command $399 a month in US dollars, with two months free on annual billing. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is asked for.

  • Nothing is charged per seat. Adding an installer, a front-desk hire and a detailer never moves the bill, and team logins are unlimited from Growth up.
  • Every plan runs the whole shop: quoting with a live margin, 24/7 booking with deposits, the bay board, invoices and card payments, reviews and the AI crew. The tiers differ in depth, not in kind.
  • You can move between plans at any time from Settings and the change is prorated, so picking the wrong rung on day one costs a click rather than a month.
  • No credit card required to start. Nothing converts on its own when the trial ends: you pick a plan when you are ready, or you do not.

Bottom line: A shop comparing sticker prices should compare the seat count with them. Per-seat software is cheapest on the day you sign and dearest on the day you hire.

One ladder

Four plans. One system.

Every rung runs the whole shop: quotes costed to the linear foot, bookings, jobs, invoices and inventory. Team logins are unlimited from Growth up. What changes as you climb is how much of the follow-up the AI does for you, whether your business number is in the price, and how many people and shops come along. Move between them any time; changes are prorated.

Prices are per month in US dollars; annual billing is two months free. 14-day free trial, no credit card required, nothing charged for 14 days. A business phone number is included on Operations and Command; on the other plans it is a $40/month add-on, and message and minute carrier fees are passed through at cost. The Operations plan is the one that answers the phone. Every missed call texted back, the quote drafted before you hang up, the booking written into your calendar, and you approve everything it sends.

Prices are per month in USD, billed monthly. Operations is the entry offer rather than a fourth tier — it already contains Growth, which is why its column is ticked where Growth's is. A business phone number is an add-on on every plan except that one.

No surprise AI bills

What a credit buys

A typical month costs $0 extra. Your plan includes 100, 500, 750 or 1,500 credits a month depending on the tier. Every AI action has a published price, your everyday reminders use free fixed messages, and a shop that runs out of credits gets a polite pause — never a surprise invoice.

Add-ons, any plan

Three things you can bolt on. Nothing you have to.

None of these is required to run your shop, and none of them changes the plan price above.

Google Ads Autopilot

Talk to us

No self-serve checkout yet; pricing is part of that conversation.

The reading half needs no add-on: connect your Google Ads account read-only — integrations come with Growth and up — and you get the account import, the weekly audit and the Campaign ROI report, graded in booked jobs and paid invoices. The add-on is for acting on it: building campaigns from your own catalog and letting the Monday optimizer apply the changes you allow. A flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your ad spend, and campaigns it builds launch paused.

Business phone numbers

$40/mo each

One is already in the Operations plan price.

And your whole team works it. Every other phone system charges by the seat, so the same shared line costs more with every hire. Ours doesn't.

  • Unlimited team members on every number — no per-seat charge
  • Texts and calls in one threaded inbox, beside the customer's quotes and jobs
  • AI call summaries, transcripts and voicemail transcription included
  • Missed calls text back automatically, 24/7
  • Local or toll-free, in any Canadian or US area code

Both columns are USD at published monthly-billing rates as of July 2026. Rows are matched on capability against Quo's (formerly OpenPhone) Business tier, the cheapest of theirs that includes AI call summaries and transcripts — we include those on every number. One person on one number is cheaper on a single Quo seat than it is here; the crossover is the second person, because their price is per seat and ours is per number. Carrier registration and A2P campaign fees, message and minute charges are billed at cost on both sides.

For Canadian shops

Plans are billed in US dollars. Your shop sets one tax rate and every invoice line is taxable or exempt against it, so GST at 5 percent or HST at 13 is a setting rather than a workaround, and the sales-tax report hands a bookkeeper the taxable base, the exempt base and the tax actually charged. One rate is one rate, though: there is no per-province split on a single invoice. Canadian carriers require no 10DLC registration, so a Canadian shop texts from its own number as soon as the line is live, and quiet hours, per-customer marketing limits and opt-outs are enforced in code rather than in a setting somebody has to remember.

The rules the texting rails follow are written out on the SMS opt-in policy page, and there is a page for shop software for Canadian shops if tax and consent are the reason you are still looking.

Questions, answered

How does the free trial work?

You pick the plan you want when you sign up, and your 14 days run on that plan — so you're testing what you'd actually be paying for, with 300 AI credits a month to try the agents on your own jobs. Nothing is charged for 14 days. At the end of the 14 days that plan starts on the card you added, month to month; change plan or cancel from Plan & billing at any point before then and you pay nothing.

Which plan should I start on?

Start on the Operations plan if the problem you're solving this month is calls going unanswered and quotes never going out: it is everything Growth includes plus your own business number and the calling suite — every missed call texted back, the quote drafted off your own prices, the job booked into your calendar, recordings, transcripts and one-tap follow-through — for $299 a month. Essentials and Growth are the cheaper on-ramps if you want the quoting, booking, job and invoice side first and you are happy answering the phone yourself. Command sits above everything for shops that want the AI voice receptionist beta or up to 3 shops under one login. Move between them any time — changes are prorated.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated automatically: unused time on your current plan is credited and you only ever pay the difference, so you're never billed twice.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It's yours. Quotes, customers, jobs, photos and history stay readable and exportable — we pause the growth features, never your records.

More questions›
What are AI credits?

A typical month costs $0 extra. AI work spends credits: an agent-written text costs 1 on the standard model — you can put a sharper model, or a live vehicle lookup, behind an individual agent for more — an inbox draft 1, a Dash question 2, a Google-review reply 2, an answered AI call 5, and a call summary 5. The everyday reminders and review asks use free fixed messages, so most days spend nothing. How many you get depends on your plan — Essentials 100, Growth 500, Operations 750 and Command 1,500 a month (100, 500, 750 or 1,500) — they refresh every month, and you can top up any time from Settings → AI credits. Top-ups never expire.

How many people can I add?

Essentials includes 3 team logins. From Growth ($199 USD/mo) they're unlimited — advisors, installers, the front desk, your bookkeeper, everyone. No per-seat tax — add your whole crew for free. Hiring your next installer doesn't change your invoice.

Do texting and calling cost extra?

A business phone number is a $40/month add-on on any plan, and you can add as many as you need. Unlike per-seat phone systems, one number covers your entire team — front desk, installers, you on your phone — with AI call summaries, transcripts and missed-call text-back included rather than sold as an upgrade. Message and minute carrier fees are passed through at cost, usually pennies.

Why do I need to buy a number?

Your texts have to come from a number that is genuinely yours, so customers see one consistent business line, replies come back to you and nobody else, and your A2P registration is in your own name. Every shop gets its own — numbers are never shared between accounts.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — pay annually and get two months free on any plan. Prices are in US dollars.

What does Google Ads Autopilot cost?

The reading half needs no add-on: connect your Google Ads account read-only — integrations come with Growth and up, and the free trial includes everything — and you get the account import (about two years of history), the weekly audit, and the Campaign ROI report that grades every campaign in booked jobs and paid invoices. The add-on covers acting on it — building campaigns from your own catalog, the Monday optimizer applying the changes you allow, and audience sync. It's a flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your ad spend, and there's no self-serve checkout yet — talk to us and we'll switch it on with you.

Does it handle GST/HST and CASL?

Tax: your shop sets one rate and every line on an invoice is taxable or exempt against it, so GST at 5 percent or HST at 13 or 15 is a setting rather than a workaround, and the sales-tax report gives your bookkeeper the taxable base, the exempt base and the tax actually charged on an accrual or a cash basis. What it does not do is split one invoice across two provincial rates, because there is a single shop-wide rate and no per-line rate in the data; if you bill at two rates, check that first. CASL is not a switch somebody flips but a set of rails: service and appointment messages are treated separately from marketing, marketing is counted against a per-customer limit, quiet hours and opt-outs are enforced in code, and an opt-out applies across the whole shop. The SMS policy page sets out the rules the product follows, and nothing here is legal advice.

Is there free auto detailing software in here anywhere?

Not a free tier, and saying otherwise would waste your afternoon. What there is instead is a 14-day free trial of the plan you actually picked, with every feature unlocked and no credit card asked for, which is long enough to quote three real jobs and watch what they cost you. If a free tool is genuinely what you need, the calculators under Tools are free and need no account at all.

Your shop, set up this afternoon.

Create your account, point the AI setup assistant at your website, and it drafts your profile, hours, branding, voice and booking storefront — then imports your services straight off your own price list. You review everything, then go live.
