Google Calendar integration
The Google Calendar integration: every booking where your team looks
The crew lives in Google Calendar; the jobs live on the board. Connect the two and a booked job shows up on your shop's calendar with the vehicle, service and bay — move it in either place and the other keeps up.

The short answer
What does the Google Calendar integration actually do?
The Google Calendar integration writes each booked job onto the calendar your team already has open, carrying the vehicle, the service and the bay. Move a job on the board and the calendar follows; move it in Google and the board follows, so the two never quietly disagree with each other.
Where it stands: Beta.
Which way the data moves: Two-way sync.
Jobs push to Google Calendar with vehicle + service
Two-way: drag on the board or in Calendar, both update
Pick which calendar jobs land on — not just the account's default
Bottom line: The Google Calendar connection is in beta: two-way sync works today, opt-in per shop via a secure Google sign-in. Expect the occasional rough edge while it matures.
Where this fits
auto detailing scheduling software is the feature this connector serves. Also in the directory: Square integration, Xero integration.
Why connect Google Calendar
Every booking on the calendar your team already checks.
Booked jobs appear on your shop's Google Calendar with the vehicle, service and bay. Move a job on the board and the calendar follows — and vice-versa.
Jobs push to Google Calendar
Each booked job lands on the calendar with the vehicle, service and bay attached — the whole crew sees the day without opening another app.
Two-way, so nothing drifts
Drag a job on the Service VIN board or move it in Google Calendar — both update. One schedule, not two that quietly disagree by Friday.
You pick the calendar
Choose which of your Google calendars the jobs land on — share it with the crew and everyone sees the day without anything private mixed in.
Moved in Google? The board knows
Reschedule a job from your phone's calendar app and the job board follows within 15 minutes — no re-entering the change when you get back.

How it works
Setting it up, in order
Connect Google Calendar in settings
Sign in to Google and authorize Service VIN from the integrations settings. It's a per-shop connection with least-privilege access you can revoke in one click.
Bookings appear automatically
New and upcoming jobs push onto the calendar you picked, with the vehicle, service and bay attached.
Move it anywhere — both stay in step
Reschedule on the board or in Google Calendar; the change syncs both ways, and the database-level bay guard still stops two jobs landing in one bay.

FAQ
Google Calendar, answered
Does Service VIN sync with Google Calendar?
Yes — a two-way Google Calendar connection is available in beta. Booked jobs push to your shop's Google Calendar with the vehicle, service and bay, and moving a job on the Service VIN board or in Google Calendar updates the other. It's an opt-in, per-shop connection you authorize with a secure Google sign-in.
Which calendar do the jobs go on?
Whichever one you pick. After connecting, choose any calendar the Google account can write to — most shops use a shared "Shop schedule" calendar so the whole crew sees the day without the owner's personal appointments mixed in. Per-installer calendars aren't supported yet: today the connection syncs one calendar per shop.
Does anything I add in Google Calendar come back to the board?
Reschedules do: move a synced job in Google Calendar and its new time lands on the board within 15 minutes. Other events you create in Google — meetings, time off, personal appointments — stay in Google and are ignored, so nothing you keep on that calendar can touch your job board. Time off is booked in Service VIN itself, where the bay guard and the schedule can act on it.
Do you support Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendars too?
Yes — the same two-way scheduling sync is available for Outlook / Microsoft 365 in beta, so teams on Microsoft get drag-to-reschedule the same way.
